How do I add contacts? Tap the Contacts tab and press the + button, or import them during the Welcome screen on first launch.

How do reminders work? Go to a contact's settings and set a reminder frequency. Friendly will notify you when it's time to reach out.

How do I send a message? Tap "Send Message" on any reminder in the Today tab—it opens a pre-filled SMS ready to send.

Can I customize the message? Yes—set a default message per contact in their Contact Settings, or edit individual reminders.

How do I delete a contact? Swipe left on any contact in the Contacts tab.

Friendly is built to respect your privacy. This policy explains what data the app uses and how.

Data We Collect Friendly does not collect, transmit, or store any data on external servers. All data stays on your device.

Contacts Friendly requests access to your contacts only to let you select people to add to your reminder list. Contact data is stored locally on your device and is never shared or transmitted.

Messages Friendly opens your device's built-in Messages app to send SMS. We do not read, store, or transmit any message content.

Notifications Friendly uses local notifications to remind you to reach out to contacts. No data is sent to any server to generate these notifications.

Analytics Friendly does not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.

Third Parties Friendly does not share any data with third parties.
